Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team for maternity leave. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Position is based in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

· Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials

· Assist with special projects and events as assigned

· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

· Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

· Preparing materials for meetings, delegations and conventions

· Handling international travel logistics

Requirements

· 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative Spirit: Enjoy working as part of a team, providing support to various departments.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

· Works well under pressure, very well organized and detail oriented

· Ability to work as a team with other administrative and professional staff

· English & Hebrew high level (reading and writing)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
