KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiate commercial terms for training services entrusted to external training providers.
  • Manage purchase orders, from purchase requisition creation through to system receipt.
  • Perform administrative follow-up of orders, including reminders and unpaid invoices.

  • Clean up the Skills Development Plan by removing obsolete needs and updating qualifications.
  • Act as operational administrator of the myHR authorisation application and support operational teams: access rights, reporting, user training and issue resolution, including temporary-worker management.
  • Attend a monthly meeting with the Fos-sur-Mer manager to propose continuous-improvement ideas and support their implementation.
  • Keep the training portfolio up to date by incorporating all changes, including duration and cost.
  • Participate in the daily briefing with the Training Coordinator(s) based in Fos-sur-Mer to review blocking points, balance workloads and share good practices.
  • Provide back-up support to the Training Coordinator based in Fos-sur-Mer in the event of workload peaks or staffing constraints.
  • Regularly discuss French training regulations with the Training Coordinator based in Fos-sur-Mer and apply the recommendations provided to secure OPCO funding for the training delivered.

REQUIEREMENTS:

  • Experience in Human Resources, business administration or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and related digital tools.
  • Good knowledge of French training regulations, given the frequency of regulatory changes.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Team spirit and strong organisational skills.
  • Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including trainers, regarding training volumes, planning, delivery and costs.
  • Precision in file management.
  • Collective results orientation.
  • Customer focus and quality follow-up.
