职位描述

1. Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facility and office supply management.
2. Support the operation of company dormitories including arranging cleaning, repairs and etc.
3. Assist with routine invoice and offset payments.
4. Manage incoming and outcoming mails/parcels timely.
5. Provide reception support by greeting visitors, service providers, and customers.
6. Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

职位要求

1. Undergraduate students and above currently enrolled in school, with majors in administrative management, secretarial studies, and other related fields preferred.
2. Available to work 5 days a week, able to intern stably for 3 months or more, with preference given to those who can start as soon as possible.
3. Proficient in using Office work software such as Word, Excel, and PPT, and possess basic document organization and data verification capabilities.
4. With a proper image and demeanor, standard Mandarin, good business etiquette and communication skills, and a strong sense of service
5. Meticulous, responsible, proactive, with strong execution ability, and possessing good multitasking and rapid learning capabilities
【Bonus】
1.Those with fluent German in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and capable of handling basic business reception, document translation, and processing are preferred.
2.Preference will be given to those with experience in administrative logistics management of student unions or student associations, or administrative internship experience.
3.Those who hold a C1 driver's license or above and can drive vehicles proficiently are preferred.
