
Provides advanced administrative and technical support to leaders and teams across IU Health. Manages complex schedules, coordinates cross-functional meetings, supports project logistics, and handles sensitive information. May assist with clinical care coordination, including appointment scheduling, documentation support, and communication with patients and care teams. May support clinical workflows by ensuring timely and accurate administrative contributions to patient care operations. May collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate administrative support for patient care operations. May be asked to participate in workflow optimization tasks and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement clinical efficiency improvements, in addition to mentoring junior staff.
