The Administrative Assistant III is responsible for supporting all aspects of support related to scheduling and confirming patients for upcoming procedural cases across multiple UCLA Health venues. This incumbent is responsible for working within an interdependent team structure by using strong communication and problem solving skills to maximize customer satisfaction for patients, physicians, nurses, and administrative colleagues. The incumbent must be adaptable and demonstrate good time management skills in order to achieve the department’s goal of completing a variety of time-sensitive tasks with varying daily volumes and complexities. To enable these outcomes, the incumbent is responsible for achieving quality and productivity standards in designated performance metrics. The incumbent will be responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate amount of office supplies for the department. The incumbent will scan, archive and maintain all necessary department forms and documents and be ready to produce documents at a moment’s notice.
