Minimum Qualifications:
The Administrative Assistant II-SES should possess the following:
***Preference will be given to those who can demonstrate one or more of the following: two (2) years of experience working in a very sensitive and confidential environment, an interest in public service and human resources, a working knowledge of an electronic document records system, familiarity with state purchasing rules, experience managing a main phone line and/or experience working in a Human Resources Office.
The Work You Will Do:
This is a professional position responsible for assisting the managers in the daily operation of the Human Resources Office. The incumbent is responsible for assisting in all general areas of human resource management and specifically in personnel record management, recruitment and selection, learning and development and employee relations activities.
