
PRN, mid shift - hours will be either: 430am-1230pm or 1130am-730pm.
Weekend requirement will be a minimum of 1 weekend in 6 weeks.
Holiday requirement will be 1 holiday from each Critical Staffing Clusters per PRN policy.
The Administrative Assistant II supports safe, efficient hospital operations by assisting leaders in monitoring staffing across the hospital, identifying current and anticipated coverage needs, and coordinating staffing adjustments with nursing leaders, House Managers, and the hospital command center. The role maintains accurate staffing, scheduling, attendance, LeanTaaS, and timekeeping practices while providing timely communication, reporting, and administrative support to Nursing Administration and assigned departments.
