of Duties and Responsibilities:
This position provides essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Executive and Human Resources (HR) teams for the Laboratory. This role serves as a primary, first point of contact to staff, students, contributors, and visitors, delivering high-quality customer service and responding to inquiries appropriately. This role is responsible for coordinating a variety of processes, supporting budget preparation and maintaining accurate records across multiple teams while providing seamless professional level support.
