Administrative Assistant II – Affirmative Action Position for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support document management and contract administration activities. In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the organization, formalization, and traceability of departmental processes, directly contributing to the operational efficiency of ENGIE Brasil Energia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitor and carry out administrative support activities, ensuring compliance with established internal processes, deadlines, and workflows.
  • Manage the flow of contracts, amendments, and corporate documents, from formalization through archiving, including coordinating electronic signature collection.
  • Track deadlines and SLAs for processes under your responsibility, following up with the involved areas to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments, serving as a point of contact for document requests, regularization activities, and operational demands.
  • Maintain controls through corporate systems, spreadsheets, and management reports, ensuring processes remain organized and up to date.
  • Comply with and promote applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental Management standards, contributing to the Company’s certification requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Sciences and/or Exact Sciences.
  • Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems and contract management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, and email tools.
  • Experience with administrative routines and processes, including customer service techniques.
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and proactive attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously while maintaining control over deadlines.

Location

Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil – ENGIE Brasil Energia Headquarters (CME Department).
