This position is in the Wage Transparency and Construction Compliance Division of the Illinois Department of Labor, specifically the Equal Pay Section. The Administrative Assistant will support the work of a team of Labor Conciliators in the Sangamon County Equal Pay Act Section as they assist citizens in recovering unpaid wages as required by the various laws enforced by the Department.
