Fort Lauderdale, FL

A company specializing in community and Homeowners Association (HOA) management is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

PAY

$18 per hour

Tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the community management team
  • Assist the Community Association Manager
  • Communicate with residents by phone, email, and in person
  • Organize documents, vendor files, and records
  • Follow up on resident requests and concerns
  • Assist with data entry, document processing, and supply orders

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong customer service and professional communication skills
  • Experience with filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Internet
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of HOA and community operations
  • Ability to professionally handle calls, emails, resident questions, and concerns
  • Comfortable working in an environment where dogs are present
