GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Health Administrator, Misti Valentino, and leadership team within the Acacia Health Center. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The Administrative Assistant serves as the central point of coordination for the Administrator’s office, ensuring efficient workflow, professional communication, and exceptional service to residents, families, staff, and external partners.
