THE BLUEPRINT:

Join our global Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) organization and become an essential part of an international team supporting governance, compliance, legal, privacy, information security, risk management, and sustainability activities across the organization.

YOUR AREAS OF IMPACT:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team.
• Work closely with the GRC Executive Assistant and Germany-based team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and collaboration.
• Support document management, reporting, presentations and administrative processes.
• Assist in organizing internal meetings, workshops, training sessions and team events, and support the tracking of GRC-related actions and deadlines.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones including assisting with the upkeep of the department’s Intranet presence.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of management reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.
• Occasional travel to Bretten, Germany, typically once per quarter

YOU:

• 5 years of professional experience in an administrative support, team assistant, office management or executive assistant role
• Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills
• Fluent German and English (minimum C1 level) are mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Reliable, proactive and service-oriented personality
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
