Job Description

Hours of Work :Rotational shifts 6:30p-6:30a (84 hrs. biweekly) (Grand Manor)

The job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Performing reception duties: redirecting incoming calls, handling deliveries, greeting/directing visitors/contractors, maintaining sign in/sign out log, and providing communication service to all areas of Grand Manor. Provide orientation training for relief Receptionist.
  • Distributing money, tobacco, and alcohol to residents per each resident’s individual care plan at all times.
  • Tracking incoming and outgoing staff keycards.
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly reception area at all times.
  • Distributing incoming mail to applicable departments and preparing outgoing mail/documentation for delivery.
  • Completing a list of required office supplies on a monthly basis and submitting to the Executive Administrative Assistant after approval from the Director.
  • Participating in committees as assigned.
  • Maintaining and updating the filing of required documented from DAL Management ensuring confidentiality at all times. This is to be completed on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR.
  • Satisfactory criminal record check.
