Job Shift: DaysThe Facilities Administrative Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to the Facilities Department. This position is responsible for coordinating work orders, maintaining records, assisting with procurement and scheduling, tracking compliance documentation, and serving as a point of contact between Facilities, vendors, and internal departments. The role supports efficient daily operations and ensures accurate documentation, communication, and reporting.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma, or GED
- 1 or more years of office experience
- Intermediate proficiency in standard office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar management systems
- Willing and able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
General

- Administrative experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and documentation
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and leadership
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol test
- Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive a GSA or tribal vehicle to training seminars or meetings
