Pay Range: $18.61 - $21.41

Role:

Provides regular clerical and administrative support to the Elder Center Staff and Director. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers phone, checks members in and out, and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Must assist in insuring the Title VI Grant Program requirements are met. Ensures that Elder/Senior activities achieve programs objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Two years of office or clerical work experience. Valid CPR certification or must obtain with (6) months of employment.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Driving Requirements: Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.
