Hybrid working arrangement in Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of an Administrative Assistant Data Management.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Maintenance of departmental calendars and schedules
  • Organization and documentation of meetings, conferences, and departmental trainings
  • Maintenance of departmental tracking systems and tools
  • Preparation of materials and presentations for department management
  • Coordination of the development, review, and update of departmental training plans and matrices
  • Tracking training compliance of departmental staff
  • Liaising with other PSI functional areas and external vendors on administrative matters

Qualifications

  • College or University degree or at least one year of industry experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • At least 3 years of general clerical/document management experience and/or prior database maintenance experience
  • Prior industry experience is a plus
