Responsibilities

• You actively contribute to the recruitment and hiring of seasonal workers for our sorting and packing facility.

• You handle the administration related to picking and work cards.

• You process time registrations and ensure the correct management of personnel data.

• You welcome visitors, guide them through the organization, and take care of the necessary registrations.

• You answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate colleagues.

• You manage the general mailbox and forward messages correctly.

• You assist with handling incoming mail and managing orders.

• You supervise our cleaning team (without being required to clean yourself).

• You report to the Administrative Manager, who also supports you daily in your range of tasks.

Profile

• You speak English. Knowledge of Dutch, Romanian, or other languages is a plus.

• You are strong in administration and very punctual.

• You enjoy communicating with different people and in different languages.

• You can work with Outlook and Excel. You will also use SD Worx Payroll and Hortimax, but we are happy to train you for this.
