Job Description

Fraport Greece is currently looking to cover the position of Administrative Assistant in the Technical Programs Department. The role supports the Technical Division, with direct involvement in the Project Controls and Reporting Section, to ensure smooth office operations.

The role reports to the Project Controls Manager and is located at our headquarters in Marousi.

Requirements

What you will be doing in the role:

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Prepare and edits paperwork (e.g., correspondence, reports, and presentations).
  • Make travel & accommodation arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips.
  • Process travel applications, expense reports & invoices through ECM.
  • Manage SAP inputs for all Purchase Requests (PRs) for tenders, procurement of goods & consultancy services for technical projects, consultants etc. Maintain a record of the PR list and monitor the release strategy and status in coordination with PMs for “Good Receipt” confirmation via SAP.
  • Handle car rentals related to domestic travel/site visits.
  • Coordinate meetings and events of the Department.
  • Support the reporting & presentation needs of the Section.
  • Support the CTO in the absence of the Executive Assistant upon coordination.
  • Organize and maintain an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A University Degree will be highly appreciated.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an assistant to an Executive, preferably of a multinational company.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (oral and written at a professional corporate level).
  • MS-Office Proficiency and Tech savviness.
  • Experienced in SAP.
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations, if applicable.

Fraport Greece’s innovative €440 million airport development program has significantly transformed these airports. In particular, Fraport Greece has delivered five brand new terminals, expanded and modernized five existing terminals, and upgraded four other terminals. Construction projects at airside operational areas of the regional airports included renovating 12 runways, improving ramp areas, and constructing and renovating 12 fire stations. All of the airports have also been equipped with new state-of-the-art baggage handling and security systems.

The 14 Greek regional airports project is one of the largest and most beneficial investments and is a basis for boosting the Greek economy. Fraport Greece enhances the airports’ international competitiveness by the optimization of operational processes, the modernization and upgrade of the airports’ infrastructure and the continuous training of employees.
