The Administrative Assistant to the General Counsel position provides general clerical support to the General Counsel position. This position may perform some legal research and maintain contract/legal files and documents. The Administrative Assistant to the General Counsel will be responsible for gathering, preparing and summarizing relevant materials, indexing and tracking document sent externally and internally, for reviewing and drafting agreement, facilitate business transaction and assist with managing and ensuring compliance of CHC/SEK.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Computer work is frequent. Good lighting and comfortable temperature of ventilation at all times.

Medicare, Medicaid, KanCare and private insurance are accepted. Discounted rates for services are available for those meeting financial assistance guidelines. No-one is refused care due to inability to pay.
