We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Children & Youth division. This role serves as the central point of communication for students, families, staff, and visitors while providing administrative support that helps ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school and department.

What You'll Have:

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • One to three years of clerical, administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience required.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments, leaders, or programs preferred.
  • Experience in education, healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, calendars, spreadsheets, and administrative systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required clearances and certifications.

A Typical Day May Include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
  • Answering phones, monitoring building access, and directing visitors appropriately.
  • Maintaining student attendance records, staff schedules, rosters, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinating calendars, meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, forms, and spreadsheets.
  • Managing office supplies, processing deliveries, and coordinating operational requests.
  • Supporting communication between staff, families, community partners, and leadership.
  • Assisting with school events, special programs, and Children & Youth initiatives.
  • Supporting the Ladies Only Luncheon through registration management, donation tracking, guest check-in, and event preparation.
  • Providing clerical support to the nursing department and educational staff.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately.
  • Supporting ongoing projects and helping maintain efficient day-to-day department operations.
