Administrative assistants at The Learning Experience are responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the center. They have an essential ability to apply their business acumen to customer engagement and supervising curriculum, ultimately creating an environment where the center can thrive.
Role Responsibilities:

• Assists in the day to day operations.
• Utilizes strong customer service skills and assists families
• Supports staff in the running of the classroom, and implementing curriculum.
• Provides classroom coverage for teacher vacations and days off
• Manages center inventory- office supplies, food, curriculum, staff recognition items, etc.
• Assists the director in marketing efforts and attends open houses and events.
• In partnership with Center Director, conducts team meetings to communicate important information and set a direction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience working with children
• Strong phone skills
• Ability to provide strong customer service
• CDA or Associates Degree preferred

Compensation: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
