Qualifications 1. Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism, while meeting critical deadlines.
3. Ability to skillfully utilize Excel, Microsoft Office Suite programs and other web-based programs.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
5. Ability to keep employee and student matters strictly confidential.
6. Ability to provide excellent customer service through highly proficient interpersonal skills.
Definition The Administrative Assistant for Athletics performs a wide variety of duties, including scheduling, meticulous record keeping, clerical, accounting and budgets, and personnel-related matters.
