About The Team:
The Ethics Office was established with the goal of instituting and maintaining high ethical standards and a culture of integrity. The team achieves this goal through 4 main pillars:-
1. Developing an overarching ethical governance program,
2. Implementing and maintaining ethics policies and processes,
3. Providing education and awareness to employees via communications and training, and
4. Ensuring a highly ethical culture by encouraging employees to speak up and to ensure potential misconduct is properly investigated.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the APAC Ethics Office. This is a 1-year third-party associate role based in Singapore, providing administrative and operational support to the team, with a primary focus on training and communications support, and day-to-day office operational support. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys coordinating logistics, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is fully onsite and based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Training & Communications Support
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for ethics training and communications initiatives across the APAC region.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, arranging meetings, catering and other event-related requirements.
- Prepare, format, print, and organize training materials, presentation decks, participant handouts, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage inventory, and oversee the distribution of training materials, promotional items, and team merchandise (SWAG).
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the APAC Ethics Office, ensuring smooth and efficient team operations.
- Support vendor coordination, purchase requests, invoice processing, and other operational and procurement-related activities.
- Provide administrative support for regional and global ethics initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc assignments.
