Job Description
BlueCrest is seeking a Senior Administrator – Customer Service and Shared Services to support its operations in Canada and the United States.
The successful candidate will play a key role in administrative coordination, contract management, service support, and customer service. They will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and maintain strong business relationships.
Responsabilités principales
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats clients pour le Canada et les États-Unis.
- Coordonner la facturation des fournisseurs tiers
- Effectuer la facturation service et assurer le suivi des dossiers administratifs.
- Préparer, analyser et produire les rapports mensuels.
- Gérer les acquisitions et les achats locaux selon les procédures de l’entreprise.
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe de service.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes clients et maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et partenaires en français et en anglais.
- Maintenir à jour les dossiers, bases de données et documents administratifs.
- Collaborer avec les différentes équipes afin d'assurer la fluidité des opérations.
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus administratifs et du service à la clientèle.
Profil recherché
Qualifications et expérience
- Expérience significative dans un rôle administratif de niveau intermédiaire ou supérieur.
- Solide expérience en gestion et suivi de contrats.
- Expérience en facturation et en administration.
- Expérience dans la préparation et la présentation de rapports de gestion.
- Connaissance des processus d’approvisionnement et des acquisitions locales.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
Compétences requises
- Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Excellentes habiletés de communication et de service à la clientèle.
- Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel.
- Très bonne connaissance de Microsoft PowerPoint et de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) considérée comme un atout important.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement de télétravail.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee customer contracts for both Canada and the United States.
- Coordinate billing for third party vendors
- Process service billing and maintain administrative records.
- Prepare, analyze, and generate monthly reports.
- Manage local procurement and purchasing activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the service team.
- Follow up on customer requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners in both French and English.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of administrative processes and customer service practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience in an intermediate- or senior-level administrative role.
- Strong experience in contract management and administration.
- Experience with billing and general administrative functions.
- Experience preparing and presenting management reports.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and local purchasing activities.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
