Location is North Dallas/Addison Area.

The Administration Services Associate is responsible for helping keep the office running efficiently by completing a variety of tasks supporting office operations through communication and daily interaction with employees including incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Packages, weighs, ships and receives all incoming and outgoing packages/mail/deliveries
• In support of the Company’s goal to create an exceptional new hire experience, facilitate the timely assembly, packaging, and distribution of new hire welcoming packages which may include but not be limited to technology equipment and other materials deemed appropriate by the Company
• Maintains inventory and order/purchase office supplies; processes work orders for facilities repairs/needs
• Assists in organizing and participating in Employee Events and Community Outreach projects
• Monitors office equipment functionality and schedules service as needed
• Liaises with third party contractors providing outside services to the office
• Communicates effectively with fellow employees and couriers
• Uses light equipment such as dollies or push carts to move packages between office floors
• Provides back-up support as needed to other team members
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in similar role a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Customer Service skills
• Basic computer skills; use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Good time management skills and attendance
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests from different individuals and departments
• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels
