Provides administrative support typically for director level leaders and above and may support multiples as necessary. Provides supports through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. May, on occasion, be asked to serve as backup to other Administrative Assistants others or be asked to mentor and train other individuals. Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Schedules meetings and ensures leader(s)' calendars are up to date.
