In this role, you'll play a vital part in enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic priorities by delivering efficient, high-quality administrative support across a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your ability to coordinate competing priorities, maintain operational excellence, and provide seamless support across multiple stakeholders will directly impact productivity, collaboration, and business effectiveness. Working within a shared-support model, you'll build strong partnerships with leaders across the organization, contribute to a positive employee experience, and support Global Payments’ mission by helping teams operate efficiently and deliver results that power commerce worldwide.

What you'll own:

• Enable leadership effectiveness by delivering seamless administrative support that maximizes productivity, improves time management, and helps leaders focus on driving business priorities.
• Drive operational efficiency through effective coordination of calendars, travel, expenses, and business processes, ensuring timely execution and a smooth experience for leaders and stakeholders.
• Strengthen organizational collaboration by facilitating the flow of information, coordinating key activities, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities and commitments.
• Enhance employee and stakeholder experiences by supporting onboarding activities, business events, and engagement initiatives that foster connectivity, productivity, and business success.
• Champion service excellence and continuous improvement by maintaining accuracy, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and delivering reliable support that scales across a multi-leader environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience providing administrative or business support in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a track record of delivering high-volume work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality, ensuring tasks are completed consistently and in accordance with established procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• A professional, service-oriented, and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of support.

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously in a shared-service or centralized support model.
• Familiarity with business travel, expense management, purchase order processes, and event coordination.
• Experience working with enterprise business tools and systems, including calendaring platforms, travel systems, and expense management applications.
