CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an energetic and positive Administrative Assistant to support our Billings branch!

This role is paying $24/hr - $28/hr, plus premier benefits!

Our ideal candidate will possess office administrative skills, be proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and the desire to help grow our business in the surrounding areas. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in SAP.

Job Summary:Supporting the office with day-to-day business needsOrder entry and processingInvoicing and collecting invoicesPayroll for hourly personnelCreating and maintaining reportsOrdering and maintaining office/business suppliesManaging a multi-line telephone system and email systemProcessing all incoming & outgoing mail/email

Candidate Requirements:Administrative experience is requiredExcellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational & data entry skills with attention to detailSuperb time management skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracyWorking knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets & MS Office SuiteSAP Experience is a plus!A valid state driver’s license in good standing
