JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the front office. Will perform general office duties including answering phones, greeting visitors and processing mail. Will prepare monthly spreadsheets and handle special projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Office Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting visitors, answering phones and mail.
• Assist in reserving Conference rooms for scheduled meetings.
• Help coordinate projects and events.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
• Complete monthly spreadsheets.
• Manage and track Employee Gym waivers and the Wellness Program on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Handling the shipping of FedEx packages.
• Create Purchase Orders.
• Set up New Hire desk and supplies.
• Place lunch and catering orders as requested.
• Assist the Human Resources department with applications.
• Perform other duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative background in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Mindfulness is a must, a quick learner, good problem solver, decision maker, facilitator, and communicator.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and aggressively drive project milestones to successful completion.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to change, delay, and/or shifting priorities and goals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• May be required to work Overtime as needed.

Position is temp-to-hire. Upon offer, candidate will be referred to temp agency for onboarding.

Hourly Rate: $24/hour
