Administrative Assistant, Quality & Compliance

Join Our Team

Care Dimensions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, Quality & Compliance to support our Quality and Compliance team. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys coordinating projects, managing data, and supporting initiatives that directly impact quality patient care and regulatory excellence.

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and operational support for quality improvement, compliance, accreditation, patient safety, and regulatory activities. Your work will help ensure accurate reporting, seamless coordination of meetings and workgroups, and effective tracking of organizational quality initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality & Compliance team, including document preparation, correspondence, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, workgroups, and committee activities, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain tracking systems, databases, and records to support compliance and quality initiatives.
  • Collect, enter, validate, and maintain clinical data from the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
  • Assist with the preparation of dashboards, reports, presentations, and quality metrics for leadership and committees.
  • Support regulatory reviews, accreditation surveys, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables while maintaining organized records and reports.
  • Communicate with departments, providers, and staff regarding required documentation and compliance activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information.

The Administrative Assistant, Quality and Compliance provides administrative and operational support for quality improvement, compliance, accreditation, and regulatory initiatives. The role supports quality workgroups, manages and tracks data and documentation, coordinates meetings and communications, and assists with reporting and regulatory activities. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and proficiency with data management and reporting systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of administrative assistant experience in a healthcare or other fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience coordinating communications and activities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and healthcare-related systems and databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.

Pay Range

$22—$26 USD
