Temporary Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Duration: ~3 months

Location: Dallas, TX 75247

Pay: $20-25/ hour

Shift: 9am-2pm M-F

Seeking a part-time temporary administrative assistant for a print shop office. This individual would provide administrative support to both the Customer Service and Operations teams. Customer service experience would be a plus but is not required. There may be potential for this role to transition into a full-time Customer Service Representative position if a long-term need is determined.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Creating job jackets
• Auditing orders
• Pulling samples and printing proofs
• Filing job jackets
• Obtaining job status updates from the production floor
• Reviewing and checking artwork
• Processing orders through Conexiom
• Providing order entry support
• Sending customer order acknowledgments and tracking information
• Managing documentation and filing
• Assisting with data cleanup and reporting
• Supporting shipping documentation processes
• Office Depot Orders

The ideal candidate will be:

• Computer proficient (basic)
• Working Microsoft Excel knowledge (basic)
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail
• detail-oriented and organized
• comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

Physical requirements:

• Walking the production floor
• Light lifting (sample boxes, etc)
• Extended periods of standing and sitting
