Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service through a compassionate, supportive team that values communication, integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth.

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our hospice team. In this office-based role, you will support the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks and play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly while providing professional and compassionate communication with patients, families, and other team members.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, compassionate, and enjoys being part of a supportive team. Much of your day will be spent answering incoming phone calls, assisting visitors and staff, and completing computer-based administrative tasks, all while helping us provide the highest quality of care and customer service to those we serve.

This is full time position, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30)

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred; multi-line phone system experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with a commitment to quality
  • Strong computer and software skills with the ability to type at least 50 WPM
  • Professional, dependable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
  • High School Diploma required; 1–2 years of business college preferred
