About the JobWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Projects Team in Geelong Australia. This role provides administrative, reporting, mobilisation and document-control support to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with company requirements.About UsWorley is a global company of energy, chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia. Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.What You'll DoProvide day-to-day administrative support to project teams, including project setup, close-out, archiving, reporting and team communications.Coordinate personnel mobilisation and demobilisation activities, including onboarding, site access, inductions, systems access, resource tracking and new starter communications.Support health, safety and compliance activities through monitoring safety actions, MOC registers, training compliance, incident reporting and safety meetings.Prepare and maintain project reports, KPIs, schedules, resource forecasts, dashboards, databases, pivot tables and performance data.Assist with document control, technical records management, drawing transfers, filing, metadata administration and record retention.Coordinate project meetings, preparing agendas, issuing invitations, tracking actions and maintaining action registers.Support team engagement initiatives, project updates, internal communications and milestone recognition activities.Why You Should ApplyFlexible work arrangements.Take advantage of our global online learning platform.Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.What You'll HaveStrong organisational, planning and time management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up skills.Proactive, self-motivated approach.Strong data management, reporting and spreadsheet skills.Commitment to safety, quality and compliance.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project environment.Moving Forward TogetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
