Job Description:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Beltsville, MD

Pay: $20-$25 per hour plus overtime if needed (Negotiable based on experience)

Full Benefits: (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, ESOP)

Job Duties:

• Compile weekly payroll timecards and job boards.
• HR Support – understanding of Company policies & benefits to answer employee inquiries.
• Onboarding of new employees and uploading completed paperwork to payroll and HR depts.
• Track divisional equipment registration dates and maintain division’s equipment list.
• Track and maintain employee overnight expense log.
• Order office supplies as required.
• Manage divisional shipments using Worldwide.
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 2 Years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• High School diploma required.
