
This role supports the Office Manager in running daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a well-organized work environment. This role blends administrative, organizational, and coordination duties, working with vendors and assisting the Office Manager with travel arrangements and itinerary management.
The ideal candidate must be a well-organized, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be able to work independently, display excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
