Every team member plays an important role in supporting learning experiences that impact caregivers, leaders, and ultimately the patients and communities we serve.The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and technical support to the department. This role is responsible for coordinating educational program schedules, including room management, supporting classroom and meeting technology, maintaining learning management system records, processing department documentation, and ensuring educational resources and supplies are available to support learners, educators, and departmental initiatives. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key resource to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the department while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams is required. Other skills include, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, strong organizational time management and customer services skills. Experience using Smartsheet or a Learning Management System software preferred.
