Care Dimensions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Palliative Care & Dementia GUIDE programs to support growing programs dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate serious illness and dementia with dignity, guidance, and expert care. At Care Dimensions, our mission is rooted in compassion, respect, and excellence. In this role, you will be a vital member of our team, helping ensure patients and families receive timely support while keeping daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager of Palliative Care and Dementia GUIDE, the Administrative Assistant performs a broad range of administrative and office support functions that contribute to the efficient operation of both programs.You will often serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, referral sources, and community partners, providing information, coordination, and reassurance during what can be a challenging time in their lives.
This role is also an important part of our larger Physician Services team. Through cross-training and collaboration, you will provide administrative coverage and support across multiple service lines, including Palliative Care, Dementia GUIDE, Hospice Physician Services, and HomeMD Primary Care, helping ensure continuity of operations and exceptional service throughout the organization.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
