Part-Time | Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM | $17+/hour
Location: Bee Cave / Lakeway (Southwest Austin)
Musicologie is looking for a Saturday administrative assistant to join our team! We're a new music education studio that opened in November 2025, and we're building something special in the Austin/Lakeway community - a place where students from 6 months to adults discover the joy of making music.
Responsibilities:
- Greet students, families, and teachers as they arrive for lessons
- Answer phones and respond to scheduling questions
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support our General Manager with administrative tasks and event preparation
- Help coordinate communication between families and teachers
Who Thrives in This Role:
- You genuinely enjoy working with people and can multitask
- You're punctual, dependable, and take initiative when you see something that needs doing
- You stay calm when things get busy and have a knack for making people feel comfortable
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Interest in music is great, but not required
