Job Description

• Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs
• Maintaining construction job files
• Generating daily work tickets
• Processing monthly billings, including AIA pay applications
• Managing invoices and lien waivers from suppliers
• Paying utilities and entering expense reports
• Creating reports in Accounting Software and Google Docs

• Office administration experience: construction industry experience preferred
• Experience in contract billing is a plus.
• Highly motivated, well organized, attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Accounting Software and Google Docs
• Excellent verbal and written communication
