Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a document digitization project and provide general administrative assistance within Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch (MRAB). The role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and is ideally suited to a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills.

Your Role:

Scan and digitize physical documents accurately and efficiently.
Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete and filed in accordance with established processes.
Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate the indexing and management of digitized records.
Assist with document preparation, filing and records management.
Provide general administrative support to the business as required.
Perform data capture and other basic administrative tasks where required.

Your Profile:

Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
Previous administrative experience would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of documentation.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist where needed.
Efficient approach to work.
Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the role and maintains a high level of productivity and self-direction.
