Molex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Global Signal Integrity Leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative processes, coordinating logistics, supporting reporting activities, and facilitating collaboration across global engineering teams.
You will be part of the Global Signal Integrity organization, supporting engineering leaders and teams located across multiple regions. The team develops advanced high-speed connectivity solutions used in automotive, data center, and networking applications. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling operational efficiency, supporting resource management, coordinating travel and procurement activities, and ensuring seamless communication across global teams.
