To perform accurate data entry in the CRM and Banner Student Information System for Enrollment Services; to promote data integrity; to provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff, via phone or walk-ins; and to provide data/administrative support for the Dean of Enrollment Services and/or the Assistant Director of Enrollment Service Operations.
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
One extended or "late" shift per work week is required. Occasional college-wide functions require additional hours, i.e. graduation. Some lifting is required.
Knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the college. Experience and proficiency with all Microsoft software to include loading programs and troubleshooting minor problems. Knowledge of grammatical rules and clerical formats. Knowledge of behavioral characteristics of the physically or mentally challenged. Ability to deal effectively with the public in handling inquiries and communicating information. Must have effective communication skills, be able to work independently and successfully operate as an effective team member. Excellent customer skills required.
