Front Desk Receptionist – Pediatric Dental

• Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

⚠️ Role & Schedule Requirements: This full-time position requires flexibility and a mandatory willingness to travel between all of our local clinic locations across Post Falls and Hayden. Our days start early (6:50 AM!) and run through 5:30 PM—this role is perfect for high-energy morning people who love a fast-paced environment!

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional customer service or front office experience is required (prior experience in a medical or dental office environment is a major plus, but we are fully willing to train you on dental systems!).
• Communication: A clear, exceptionally friendly communicator with a warm phone presence and comfort handling multi-line systems.
• Mindset: A strong team-player attitude, an organized work style, and a natural passion for making kids feel safe and at ease.
• Travel: Reliable personal transportation and a total commitment to commuting across our local office sites as scheduled.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive position. A pre-employment drug screen is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA safety guidelines to keep our team and patients protected.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As the face and voice of our practice, you will keep things running like clockwork during our exciting daily clinic shifts:

• Welcome Families: Be the first friendly face our little patients and their families see, managing check-ins and check-outs with absolute warmth.
• Manage Communications: Handle multi-line incoming phone calls, answer parent inquiries, and coordinate appointments accurately.
• Operational Flow: Keep front desk administrative workflows organized, helping parents navigate scheduling and clinical information seamlessly.
• Practice Collaboration: Work closely with our pediatric clinical team to maintain a supportive, positive, and high-energy office environment.
