• Assist Construction Project team in daily responsibilities. Ranging from Paperwork, job tracking, computer tasks, budget tracking, job progress, etc.
• Follow various insurance company and third party vendors compliance tasks and billing practices.
• Provide oversight to project budgets, subcontractor estimates, and monitor expenditures to ensure the project is completed within the specified budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities, including documentation of change orders, project expenses, and construction progress.
• Handle communication and schedule appointments with construction team, subcontractors, vendors, etc.

• Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Proficient in various project management software's.
• Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
