As an administrative assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative duties for the Distribution Center. You will provide assistance and support to designated staff members, including additional project work as required

• Utilize multiple software systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Perform basic inventory functions/transactions
• Work with Operations group to solve issues
• Assist with administrative duties for the warehouse operation leaders
• Order/Restock office and warehouse supplies as needed
• Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Occupational Safety Procedure and all Food Safety guidelines related to the position or being on the Warehouse floor.

We offer $18 to $20 per hour, depending on your experience level.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience working with "time-sensitive' material and data with a high need of first-time accuracy
• 1-2 years of administrative work experience - production environment preferred
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
• Experience using data entry processes and software
• Strong mathematical skills
• Sunday thru Thursday 6 pm to 10 pm
