The Administrative Assistantfacilitatesthe efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Pay Range $18 - $24/hourly (DOE)

Location West Chester, OH

Schedule (On-Site) Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

  • Confirms shipments with patients.

  • Welcomesanddirectsvisitors and clients.

  • Maintains filing systems as assigned.

  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.

  • Responds to andresolvesadministrative inquiries and questions.

  • Coordinates andschedulestravel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.

  • Preparesagendas and schedules for meetings.

  • Records anddistributesminutes or other records for meetings.

  • Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

  • Performsother duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Provide the highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication

  • Mustpossessthe ability to multi-taskandfrequentlychange direction.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalentrequiredwith some specialized training.

  • Three (3) years related secretarial/administrative experience.
