Location: St. Anthony, ID
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: DOE

Grand Peaks is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and administrative team. Working under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, this role provides important day to day administrative support across the department and helps ensure operations run efficiently.

This role largely consists of tasks and responsibilities delegated by members of the administrative staff. Tasks may evolve and change frequently as the needs of the organization change. This position would be a great fit for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys a variety of responsibilities in a busy office environment. No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll play an important role in assisting a team dedicated to serving our patients and communities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide general administrative support to the administrative team.
  • Manage office supply orders and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows supporting clinical and operational functions across multiple departments.
  • Assist with patient account inquiries and payment processing as needed.
  • Support planning and coordination of employee events, meetings, and catering arrangements.
  • Complete administrative projects and other duties in support of office operations as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least six months of clerical or administrative experience in a professional office setting preferred.
  • Healthcare, clinical, or community based experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Skilled in using computer software and cloud-based systems for communication, documentation, and office tasks.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.

Grand Peaks is an FTCA deemed facility. Grand Peaks Medical and Dental Center’s began as a non-profit community health center in 2007 with one provider and a small staff. Over the last five years the organization has seen amazing growth. A dental clinic was added in 2010 and our medical facility now has three full-time providers, one registered nurse and four certified medical assistants. The Dental clinic has also grown since opening with two dentist, two hygienist and three dental assistants.
