Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for a program, department, or initiative. This role coordinates activities across teams, manages schedules and meetings, supports daily operations, and helps ensure projects and initiatives are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and support department, program, or initiative activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments and team members.
  • Schedule meetings and provide meeting coordination and support.
  • Maintain calendars and assist with project and program organization.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1+ yrs. of Administrative Assistant experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with records
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
