Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for a program, department, or initiative. This role coordinates activities across teams, manages schedules and meetings, supports daily operations, and helps ensure projects and initiatives are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Organize and support department, program, or initiative activities.
- Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments and team members.
- Schedule meetings and provide meeting coordination and support.
- Maintain calendars and assist with project and program organization.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1+ yrs. of Administrative Assistant experience required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy with records
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
