Role: Administrative Assistant

About the Team: An established organization is hiring a polished Administrative Assistant to support office operations and senior team members in a professional front office role
What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the professional first point of contact for visitors, internal stakeholders, and external contacts
• Support multiple team members with scheduling, coordination, and administrative follow-through
• Manage office supplies, inventory, vendor requests, mailroom needs, and shipping coordination
• Coordinate conference room calendars, lunch orders, visitor logistics, and local office support
• Prepare expense reports, assist with budget-related tasks, and support ad hoc projects
• Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents as needed

• Front desk and visitor management
• Office operations and supply coordination
